How Bad Is A High Protein, Low Carb Diet
A lot of diets stress eating a low carb, low fat and high protein diet. This can be the worst thing for you. If you consume too much or fat or carbs, your body can store it as fat. Where does the body store the excess protein that you eat? Your body cannot store it. The body has to get rid of it. It breaks it down. People eat way too much protein. When the protein is broken down, the body creates acids and toxins.

The acids cause your body to remove calcium from your bones to neutralize the acids. The toxins from the breakdown of protein, attacks your arteries and can lead to high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes. College textbooks on nutrition say that protein deficiency is rare in the world and does not exist in this part of the world. What this means is that even though there are millions starving to death due to a lack or fats and carbs, it is rare for them to not get enough protein.

The brain needs lots of carbs. If a person does not get enough, he can get depressed. This can lead to someone killing themselves. It is not a good exchange to end up dead because you wanted to lose weight. Also the brain needs plenty of carbohydrates for you to sleep well. If you are not getting enough carbs, that can make it hard to sleep leading to mental problems and even a nervous breakdown.

Of course the good carbs from foods made by nature like fruits and vegetables are good for you. The foods that are made by man have bad carbs like with candy, cookies and cakes. These foods are designed to make you fat and addicted to food. Rice and wheat are unholy grains that are bad for you.
