<p>Hi, Todd,</p> <p>Here's what I'd hope for based on your info above:</p> <ul> <li>A personalized nutrition program that takes into account my lifestyle and time constraints;</li> <li>Recommendations for fitness activities that are tailored to MY fitness level and goals (i.e., training for a triathalon v. general fitness).</li> <li>Access to my trainer via e-mail for questions about my nutrition and fitness plans.</li> <li>A trainer who will assess my strengths and weaknesses based on my ACTUAL state of being, rather than assumptions based on body size, age, gender, etc.</li> <li>Someone who comes to me and can facilitate workouts on-site without access to special equipment (or just using equipment you can transport on-site).</li> </ul> <p>Those are my personal thoughts. If you want to appeal to businesses who will then offer your program as a benefit to employees, you need to show them why they should pay for this - how does the program benefit the company? Perhaps studies showing that higher levels of personal fitness lead to greater productivity at work (or fewer on the job injuries).</p> <p>Best wishes to you!</p> <p>Valerie</p>

If you read my 101 course, you now have a website and you havebegun basic promotion. It is time to increase the traffic flow!Now is the time to increase links to your site. This serves youtwo purposes. Number one is the obvious, the more links, themore ways for people to find your site. Number two, the morelinks, the higher your search engine rankings! The first step isto take a trip to a search engine and type in words related toyour site. This will bring up a whole list of sites that you canpotentially get your link on. Now it is time for some work. Youneed to visit each site one by one and determine if it isappropriate for a link to your site. Do they have a list ofwebsite links or resources already? Would they benefit from yourlink? Some sites will list your link for free. Others willrequire link swaps, which are valuable as long as the subjectmatter is related. In other words, will your customers findthese links useful? If you have a health product site and youlink a site, both of you will benefit from each otherscustomers. So find the sites and then email them your proposalfor a listing or link swap. Remember to make it appealing tothem. Next, it is time for advertising you site. There is onefree advertising option that produces good results. You canwrite articles for ezine publication. Yes, you can writearticles which relate to your website. The people that readthese articles will have more trust in you and want to check outyour website. This is how it works, there are thousands ofezines published and often the publishers accept articlesubmissions. You don?t typically get paid for your article butthey do include a ?resource box? with information about you anda link to your site. So everyone wins! Your first step is towrite a brief article for publication. Make sure you edit it.You can submit your article in several ways. Number one, you cansubmit it to article directories which you can find on a searchengine. Publishers often get articles from these directories.Examples of

these are netterweb.com, articlecity.com,goarticles.com, and zinos. Number two, you can submit directlyto ezine publishers. To do this, you should use a search engineto locate ezine directories. These directories list thepublications by topic and give you contact information. Thisoption is obviously more time consuming but it can also help youto develop a network in your field. Examples of such directoriesinclude, ezinelocator.com, ezinesearch.com, and jogena.com. Thethird option is to pay money to have an article blaster do itfor you. You can also find these through a search engine. Paidadvertising presents tons of options. One of the most costeffective is to advertise your site through ezines. Not only isit relatively cheap, it works really well. Remember that ezineshave a loyal customer base and are targeted to specificinterests. The readers want information on the topic theysubscribed to. For instance if you are selling an ebook on thebest diet ever, chances are health ezine subscribers areinterested. You can use the same directories that you submittedarticles to and have them run your ads. You can also check outezineauction.com to bid on advertisements but they have alimited ezine base. There are typically several optionsavailable for ezine advertising including classified, sponsor,and solo. I recommend solo for most impact, that?s why it is themost expensive though. Sponsor also works quite well if you havea short catchy advertisement.
