There is lots of workthat needs to be done to guarantee the highest placementpossible, and even more work is needed to keep your ranking forany period of time. Here are some simple tips and strategies tokeep your site listed, and listed well, without spending anyextra cash on pay per clicks. Getting links to your site is one of the most important jobs youhave when trying to properly optimize your site for searchengine listings, regardless of which search engine you areattempting to get listed in. Having links to your site assuresthat it will be found by the spiders of the major searchengines, and the more links coming to your site, the more pagesfrom your site are going to be listed in any given searchengine. The more popular the site, the more exposure you get,both from the search engines and the general browser. Linktrading, or exchanging links to other sites on your page forlinks to your own on their site, is an excellent way to getstarted in getting some links to your site. There are thousandsof sites out there with automated link exchange pages, where yousimply fill out a form and place their link on a page of yoursite, and you get a link from theirs. You can easily get 20 to50 links a day from such pages, although they aren't as highquality as the others you can find. Any site on the internet with a "Links" or "Resources" page canbe a potential link exchange partner. Simply find the sites thatrelate to yours, even in a general sense, and send them an emailrequesting a link exchange. Be sure to have a link to their siteon your links page and give them a link to the specific pagetheir link is on. It also helps to have your links dispersedinto categories, rather than having one long page with 1,000links on it. This will make people more eager to trade linkswith you due to it being much easier to find their site on yourlinks page. Keep a list of the sites you have emailed, and markoff which ones have or have not replied and have or have notplaced a link to your site. If after two weeks no link ispresent, or the owner of the other site has not replied, simplydelete their listing from your links directory and move on.There are enough sites out there, no matter what topic yourelate to, that link exchanges are not difficult to find. Thesetypes of sites generally have a higher popularity and higherquality traffic than the instant submissions, although it doestake a bit longer to accumulate the amount of links you need. Another way to get links quickly would be to sign up at one ofthe various link exchange websites like linkpartners.com. Thesewill usually charge a small subscription fee, but you will get alarge amount of links in a relatively short amount of time.Remember when dealing with these type of sites to deal with onlylinks from your particular category, as it will help more in thelong run. Also, be careful who you link to within your owncategory. Try to stick with high-popularity websites that showup high in the rankings on your favorite search engine. Havingquality over quantity with links, as well as most otheroptimizations, is vital if you plan on being ranked highly forany period of time. Also, try to keep your links coming in. With a massive burst inincoming links that completely dies the next month, the searchengines grow suspicious. Either try to spread out that massiveburst out over the next few months, or keep the incoming linksat or above the number you got last month. August 13, 2004 "Honk if You Love Dogs!", read the sticker on the old van's back bumper. Joyfully, a yellow Labrador Retriever lapped the breeze through the half cracked window on the passenger's side. He was so happy to be alive and riding with his person that you could feel his joy. Caught up in emotion, I chuckled and patted my own dog (Prudence) as the old van overtook us and rambled on down the highway.
As it passed, I thumped my horn a couple of times. Chiming in, other vehicles beeped their opinion as the Econonline chugged on by. Good old America. "Land of the Free" A land of dog lovers. That's why so many American citizens are involved in Animal Rights groups. Correct? If you are one of the many that believe this statement to be true, you are sadly mistaken.
Animal rights organizations are just the opposite of groups that truly love animals. These organizations do not love dogs nor do they love people. If you find this shocking, you are not alone. True enough, many members on the lower echelons of animal rights groups really do love animals but they are being used and deceived by a much more menacing group who has human enslavement as their final goal. Motivated by sensationalistic imagery and encouraged by shallow movie stars who don't take the time to look deeply into issues before opening their mouths, the foot soldiers of the animal rights army donate hard earned cash as well as their time to promote a future America where animals are no longer "enslaved" by the Human bonds of love. These unenlightened, well meaning members are simply cogs in the wheel of a very big machine designed to CONTROL HUMAN RIGHTS.
Currently these so called Animal Rights groups are trying to take away our Human Right to pet ownership but someday, if they are successful in taking away our beloved pets, the animal rights groups will morph into something even more vile, such as removing our Human Right to own private property such as a home or a farm. From there, it's an easy step to taking away our right to private bank accounts and once they've taken our money and put it into a national account "for the greater good", it's a very slippery slope to total enslavement by a group known as the Communist Party.
If this sounds like science fiction to you, then you weren't paying attention in history class. You need only to look as far back as Castro's Cuba, Nazi Germany, the atrocities of Communist China or the Russian Revolution to see how Fascism takes hold and crushes the spirit of the populous through fear and indignation. The idea of protecting cute fuzzy animals is the perfect Trojan Horse for gaining the populous' trust. Be careful who you support with your time and money. The rights you remove may be your own.
Do you really want to live in a society that condemns pet ownership? Think about this. If everyone in the United States of America stopped breeding dogs - where would we find a dog after the current generation died out? If we were to follow zero population growth for dogs, meaning everyone spayed and neutered their dogs, within less than twenty years, dogs would be extinct in America. Yes, you read that right. Dogs would be extinct just like the Dinosaurs. Not so surprisingly, our beloved Heinz 57s would be the first to go since American mutts are nothing more than happy accidents between different breeds of purebred dogs.
If the animal rights groups have their way, in the future, neither you nor I will be allowed to own a dog. But the elite will still have their dogs. Just like in the days of Prohibition, movie stars, rich politicians and other members of the elite classes will still be buying the things they want on the black market. Under the ruling party of the animal rights fascists, dogs will be hugely expensive and a privilege for the very few. The middle class will be enslaved and dogless. If this isn't your vision of our American heritage than share this story, learn all you can and speak out against the animal rights movement. Keep America free.... Honk if you love dogs!

Keywords Keywords are words within your meta tags that you would like thesearch engines to list you under and pay special attention to.Picking keywords can be tedious and difficult at times, but goodkeywords can make the difference between lots of traffic or notraffic at all. Search for sites on your favorite search enginethat relate to your own and check what keywords they havechosen. You can do this by going to View -> View Source on themenu bar. The keywords will be marked by a "" tag. See whichkeywords they are using that you may want to use as well. Keep alist of up to 50 of the keywords you think will be the bestmatch for your site and add them in to your meta tag. As always,be sure that these keywords directly relate to your site. Thiswill help your listings in the search engines, as well as helpbrowsers find the site they are actually looking for. Descriptions Provide descriptions in your meta tags for each one of yourpages. Use descriptions to provide an outline of what eachparticular page on your site is built for. Keep them clear andconcise, and don't load them up with keywords. For example, foryour main page, use a description that contains the slogan foryour website and a brief outline of what your site is meant for.For SuperFaster.com you would say something along the lines of"Online Marketing Information, Tips, and Strategies - We providefree articles on all you need to know about website promotion."With clear descriptions, the search engines will not consider aparticular page a "duplicate listing" just because it has thesame title as your other 30 pages, and it will make it easierfor browsers to find what they need. Alt Tags - description of images Alt tags are descriptions of images on your website. These canbe seen when you mouse over picture, and can be seen by thespiders of the major search engines. Having a description of apicture makes it easier for a spider to understand what isactually on the site. If, perhaps, you have a tutorial on yoursite describing how to set up a web hosting account, and thistutorial has screen shots for people to follow instructionseasier, you would want to make an alt tag for each screen shot.This will allow the spider to see that not only do you have atutorial teaching your users how to create an account, but itcomes with screen shots instead of random images of your orfamily. Pictures that are part of the template for your site don'tnecessarily have to have alt tags, since they are purely forvisual effect. For graphical buttons it would be beneficial tohave alt tags, to explain to the spider that these are links toother portions of your site. Although these are not reallynecessary either, it never hurts to have tags explaining where abutton will take you once it is pressed.
